Soutien clientèle (h/f/x) - 100% Lausanne, Suisse With professional experience

Tasks

• Establishment and saisie of offers for our corporate clients (all sectors)
• Support for advisors for brokers in managing partner business
• Tracking the service's renewal and assassination campaigns
• Manage various operational activities and administrative tasks related to an assigned portfolio

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar position and/or completion of training in insurance (federal certificate or AFA intermediate examination)
• Proactive and careful way of working
• Organization and time management are no secret to you
• Very communicative, naturally confident in dealing with contacts and/or partners
• Knowledge of French is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
