• With professional experience

Tasks

• Supporting our consultants and brokers in the agency in the administration and management of contracts
• Opening of all types of claims and processing of claims in the agency for motor vehicles and property
• Successful customer management (counter, correspondence, telephone and accounting)

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a federal certificate of proficiency as a businessman in the insurance sector
• Certification AFA or federal diploma a plus
• Native French speaker, German and/or English as a second language a plus
• Autonomy, priority management and stress resistance
• Flexibility and easy communication as well as the ability to work in a team
