Tasks

• Preparation of offers and conclusion of contracts for BVG and 1e
• Supporting clients in the opening, mutation or payout process (BVG and 1e)
• Processing and shipping of contract documents and their follow-up
• Responsible for the correct and timely processing of customer inquiries
• Processing of account and custody account openings and recording of strategy changes
• Processing of changes (entries and exits, salary and plan changes, etc.)
• Processing of purchases, vested benefits, etc.
• Preparation of calculations (purchasing potential, separation/feasibility statements, etc.)
• Independent troubleshooting for special questions or problematic cases
• Coordination and cooperation with other departments in connection with customer inquiries and customer-related topics
• Further development of services and processes
• Collaboration on projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (E or M profile)
• Experience in pension and collective foundation business, brokerage, banking or insurance, or in a comparable service sector involving customer contact
• Confident and fluent written and spoken German, foreign language skills a great advantage
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to work
• Quick comprehension and high learning ability
• Structured approach with high quality standards
• Team player who enjoys working in a motivated team
• Calm and composed even in stressful situations
