Business Front-End Support Specialist (100%) (f/m/d)

The Specialist Business Front Support is responsible for managing and providing support for business inquiries from front-office units and offers assistance with order-entry systems and toolbox applications. The position requires a solid understanding of front-office applications, financial products, and business and IT processes.

Tasks

Responsible for managing and handling hotline services for general business inquiries from front-office units. Provides support to RM and ARM for transactions involving order-entry systems and Toolbox applications, as well as training for new front-office employees on relevant applications and processes.
  • Terms and conditions (CLPPI, account closure, etc.) as well as inquiries regarding our Origination Banking Tools offering
  • Support during the training of new relationship managers and relationship manager assistants in various applications and processes

Your profile

  • A solid understanding of front-office applications, financial products, and business and IT processes
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; Italian is a plus
