Specialist Capital Income

Tasks

We are seeking an honest, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join our Securities Administration department as a Capital Income Specialist (full-time). In this challenging role, you will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end processing of all income and redemptions related to equities, as well as the processing of redemptions for structured products denominated in securities. Your responsibilities will include:

• instruct our custodians regarding tax-base funds for U.S. income
• Our external specialists provide support for QI reporting
• communicate directly with our custodians regarding all inquiries
• clarify and address inquiries from our client banks
• assist with the processing of standard corporate actions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive knowledge of revenue processing
• solid knowledge of tax issues related to securities
• Strong knowledge of securities (preferred)
• Strong oral and written English skills (C1); knowledge of other languages is a plus
• proficiency in all standard Office programs
