Specialist Capital Income

Incore Bank is seeking a Capital Income Specialist (100%) for the Securities Administration department in Schlieren, who will be responsible for processing all income and redemptions related to stocks and structured products. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of income processing, tax matters, and securities, as well as a very good command of English.

Tasks

You are primarily responsible for the complete processing of all income and redemptions related to stocks; you also process redemptions of structured products denominated in securities; you provide our custodians with the tax basis information for U.S. income; you support our external specialists with QI reporting; independently communicate with our custodians regarding all inquiries, clarify and follow up on open questions from our client banks, and assist with the processing of standard corporate actions.

Requirements

You have:
  • Extensive knowledge of revenue processing
  • A solid understanding of tax theories related to securities
  • Strong knowledge of securities (preferred)
  • Strong oral and written English skills (C1); knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • proficiency in all standard Office programs
