The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Client Tax Reporting & Tax Reclaim Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of client tax reporting and has several years of experience in this field. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a strong focus on clients and service, and possess comprehensive knowledge of securities and their taxation.
Tasks
- End-to-end implementation of client tax reporting
- Compliance with policies and processes
- Performing complex checks
- Incident and Solution Management
- Support in developing new solutions
- Handling of individual, highly complex inquiries
- Responsibility for the day-to-day use of key tools and processes
- Collaboration with Partners
- Requirements gathering in collaboration with the PO
Requirements
- Team player
- A strong focus on customers and service
- Several years of relevant professional experience in client tax reporting and withholding tax reclaim
- Comprehensive knowledge of securities, their specific characteristics, and taxation
- Strong technical knowledge of banking operations and processes
- Fluent in English and the local language
- Higher Education
