Tasks

- Manage incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions - Handle highly complex individual inquiries that require in-depth analysis and judgment - Provide support and guidance to the specialist or team lead in resolving critical issues - Contribute to the development and implementation of new solutions and process improvements - Actively collaborate with stakeholders across functions - Identify, formulate, and raise system or process requirements in coordination with the Product Owner - Ensure strict adherence to internal guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards - Oversee the daily operation and utilization of key tools and processes within the team

Requirements

• Completed higher education (e.g., a university or college degree)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in client tax reporting and withholding tax claims
• In-depth knowledge of securities, their characteristics, and the associated tax principles
• Practical experience with the tax reporting software 'Easy Tax' is a plus
• A solid understanding of banking operations, methods, and core processes
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel skills
• Strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player who works well with others and has the ability to work across functions
