Tasks

• Implementation and execution of facility and building maintenance work at existing premises
• Coordination and implementation of any construction projects as part of facility management
• Supervision and Coordination of External Service Providers
• Organization and Conduct of Training Sessions
• Responsibility for collaborating with the IT department regarding the operation and use of technical systems
• Planning and Execution of Construction Projects as Part of Facility Management

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in facility services, security, or KLISE
• Minimum requirement: Abitur/Matura, Gymnasium, or equivalent
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of KLISE and/or buildings
• Flat-Rate / FLAN, ZIP Code / KM Method (e.g., SAP, Office, CAPM systems, building management systems)
• Conceptual skills and creative thinking
