Specialist in FinTech Onboarding & API Operations
Finstar AG is seeking a FinTech Onboarding & API Operations Specialist to support the operation, further development, and maintenance of core systems and to serve as a liaison between business units, IT, external partners, and FinTech companies. The position offers a diverse and responsible role in an innovative environment with opportunities to help shape processes and systems.
Tasks
- Support for onboarding FinTechs into the banking system (technical and business integration)
- Assisting with the technical and operational management of our systems (support and operations-related matters)
- Contributing to the further development, configuration, and operation of the DoAPI system for digital customer onboarding and the CardAPI system as a card management tool
- Liaison role between the business unit, IT, external partners, and fintech companies
Requirements
- A hands-on approach and a passion for working independently
- Strong IT skills and an interest in digital solutions, interfaces, and systems
