Specialist Process Management

The role

In the role of Specialist Process Management, you will play a central role in optimizing and further developing our business and support processes, designing and implementing efficiency-enhancing processes that will make our bank even more future-proof. You will achieve this by using innovative technologies and methods and continuously developing them further.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Optimization of workflows, reduction of redundancies, and improvement of overall performance
• Analysis of process performance using key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for further optimization projects
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure that the overall business objective is supported and secured.
• Regular analysis of industry trends and new technologies to integrate innovative solutions into our process designs

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Several years of professional experience (3+ years) in process management, ideally in the financial sector or in a management consultancy with a focus on banking
• In-depth knowledge of process modeling (BPMN 2.0) and process optimization methods and tools (lean management, business process reengineering)
• Ideally, knowledge of case modeling (CMMN) and decision modeling (DMN)
• Ideally, experience with SAP Signavio, process mining methods and tools (e.g., Celonis), flexible case modeling, and programming with Python.

Additional requirements are:

• Optimization potential and mapping of efficient and event-oriented solutions
• Experience with agile working methods is required.
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with a hands-on mentality
• Independent, reliable working style and professional demeanor with stakeholders in interdisciplinary teams and at various hierarchical levels
• Strong ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and simple manner
• High affinity for digital technologies and innovative spirit
