Specialist Process Management

Requirements

We would like to see:

• University or technical college degree
• Several years of professional experience (3+ years) in process management, ideally in the financial sector or in a management consultancy with a focus on banking
• In-depth knowledge of process modeling (BPMN 2.0) as well as process optimization and tools (lean management, business process reengineering)
• Ideally, knowledge of case modeling (CMMN) and decision modeling (DMN)
• Ideally, experience with SAP Signavio, process mining methods and tools (e.g., Celonis), flowable case modeling, and programming with Python
• Strong analytical skills, ideally with daily implementation of optimization potential and derivation of efficient and results-oriented solutions
• Experience with agile working methods is required.
• Good command of German and English
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with a hands-on mentality
• Independent, reliable way of working
• Strong ability to convey complex content
• High affinity for digital technologies
