Banking Back-Office & Digital Services Specialist (100%)

The regional bank in Courtelary is seeking an experienced candidate for a full-time position as a Banking Back-Office and Digital Services Specialist to assist customers with digital services and manage administrative and compliance processes.

Your main responsibilities

  • Customer Support
    • You assist your clients and teams in using our digital services (banking, YLFINET) and ensure that payment transactions run smoothly.
    • You support and follow up on the implementation of instructions.
    • You assist your primary contacts in updating information on primary resources.
    • You follow the bank's security measures and the privacy policies of third-party transactions.
  • Administrative Management and Compliance
    • You manage clients to ensure that transactions are carried out properly within the scope of your responsibilities (opening, transferring, and closing accounts).
    • You are responsible for maintaining the quality of accounting, as well as the computerization and recording of banking documents.
    • You help ensure compliance with the guidelines and principles and the proper maintenance of the Service Center's processes.
  • Coordination, Substitution, and Knowledge Transfer
    • You coordinate the activities of the Service Center and provide operational coverage in the event of absences or increased workload.
    • You will support the onboarding of new employees and actively participate in knowledge transfer and the documentation of staff competencies.

Votre profil

  • CSC, sales manager, or equivalent banking position, or training deemed equivalent.
  • Continuing education in the banking field is preferred and included.

Your experience

  • Experience in a structured banking environment, familiarity with regulations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently.
  • Discretion, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of initiative.
  • Proficiency in standard computer tools.
  • Native French speaker; knowledge of German is a plus.
