Tâches Principales

• Développer, en lien avec le responsable Marketing, une stratégie réseaux sociaux
• Plan this strategy through a structured editorial calendar
• Adapter des contenus complexes en messages clairs et compréhensibles pour tous
• Creating content for social networks, both in editorial and visual terms
• Publier et assurer la diffusion des contenus sur les différentes plateformes sociales
• Participate in the realization of promotional or sponsorship events and ensure their follow-up
• Participate in the animation and improvement of performance and SEO optimization
• Suivre et analyzer les performances via les tools analytics afin de tirer des recommandations
• Follow digital trends and propose adjustments or changes to the channels and formats used
• Développer, concevoir et envoyer des newsletters à contenu ciblé

Profile Recherché

• Title holder of a Bachelor's degree in the field of communication, digital or marketing, or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a similar position and interest in the banking sector
• Curiosité intellectuelle, forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, orientée résultats
• Créativité et sens de l'esthétique
• Excellent maitrise du français et aisance rédactionnelle
• Esprit collaboratif, sens de l'organization, autonomie et rigueur
• Maîtrise de Canva ou Adobe Express
• Capacité à utiliser les tools d'analyse et de suivi des performances des médias sociaux (Google Analytics, Hootsuite)
