Responsabilités

• manage the requests for approval at the national level, playing a key role in the realization of our clients' projects
• prepare the credit agreements with the appropriate security documents, thus ensuring the necessary documentation for our loans
• saisir et gérer les crédits et garanties (p.ex. les cédules hypothécaires, polices et cautions)
• émettre les promesses de paiement et leur exécution
• ensure the correspondence and dialogue with the registries fonciers, notaries, banks and insurance companies, establishing relationships of trust with our clients
