Real estate financing specialist - Acquisition and development

Vos missions
- Establish and develop contact with real estate development managers and maintain the network of brokers and real estate professionals.
- promote mortgage growth by monitoring the competition and promoting partnerships
- Advise private banking clients, either alone or in tandem with a private banking advisor, on mortgage financing and available solutions.
- Handle credit applications from our private banking clients in accordance with the internal processes in place.
- Ensure smooth and efficient tracking of credit applications: be proactive in managing applications and ensure coordination between the various stakeholders.
- promote "360°" advice by addressing all aspects of pension planning and/or tax issues
- monitor and process events relating to credits
- mastering product ranges and internal processes
Votre profil
- experience in front office/advisory and/or analysis concerning mortgage-backed securities
- Very good knowledge of the Vaud real estate market and bank financing conditions
- 360° guidance (pension planning, taxation, etc.)
- rigor, solution orientation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
