Real estate financing specialist - Acquisition and development
The job advertisement describes a position as a real estate financing specialist at BCV, in which the candidate will be responsible for acquiring and developing contacts with real estate developers and advising private clients on mortgage financing issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate financing, very good knowledge of the Vaud real estate market and bank financing conditions, and a strong focus on consulting.
Tasks
- Acquiring and developing contacts with those responsible for real estate projects and maintaining the network of brokers and real estate experts
- Promoting mortgage growth by monitoring competition and promoting BCV as a partner
- Advising private banking clients on mortgage financing and available solutions, either alone or in collaboration with a private banking advisor
- Handling credit inquiries from private banking clients in accordance with internal processes
- Ensuring smooth and efficient processing of credit applications: proactive suggestions for application processing and coordination between the various parties involved
- Promotion of comprehensive advice by taking into account all aspects of pension provision and/or tax aspects
- Tracking and processing events related to loans
- Mastery of the product range and internal processes
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and/or analysis in the mortgage sector
- Very good knowledge of the real estate market in Vaud and of bank financing conditions
- Comprehensive advice (pension planning, taxes, etc.)
- Accuracy, solution orientation, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
