Real estate financing specialist - Acquisition and development
BCV is seeking a real estate financing specialist to focus on acquiring project developers and providing comprehensive advisory services to private banking clients in the Vaud region.
Vos missions
- Establish and develop relationships with real estate development managers in order to maintain the network of real estate brokers and other industry professionals
- Ensure technical oversight of all real estate listings in the portfolio and monitor the competition
- Provide 360° consulting advice by addressing technical and operational issues
- Provide comprehensive consulting services by addressing technical and operational issues
- Advise Private Banking clients—either independently or in tandem with a Private Banking advisor—on mortgage financing and available solutions
- Providing service to our Private Banking clients in accordance with current internal procedures
- Handle credit counseling: take a proactive role in managing applications and ensure coordination among the various aspects of retirement planning and/or tax matters
- Ensure that complete files are linked within the institution through internal processes
Votre profil
- Front-office, consulting, and/or credit analysis experience in the real estate or financial markets sector
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the Canton of Vaud as well as bank financing terms
- 360° Guidance and Counseling (Retirement Planning, Taxation, Negotiation, and Interviews)
- Rigor, solution-oriented approach, ability to synthesize information
- Fluency in French and a good command of English
