Real estate financing specialist - Acquisition and development

Tasks
- Acquiring and developing contacts with those responsible for real estate projects and maintaining the network of brokers and real estate experts
- Promoting mortgage growth by monitoring the competition and promoting BCV as a partner
- Advising private banking clients on mortgage financing and available solutions, either alone or in collaboration with a private banking advisor
- Processing credit applications from private banking clients in accordance with internal processes
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient loan application process: proactive design and coordination between the various parties involved
- Promotion of comprehensive advice by taking into account all aspects of pension provision and/or tax aspects
- Tracking and processing events related to loans
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and/or analysis in the mortgage sector
- Very good knowledge of the real estate market in Vaud and of bank financing conditions
- Comprehensive consulting expertise (pension planning, taxes, etc.)
- Accuracy, solution orientation, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
