Tasks

• Advice by telephone and in writing to our insured persons and pensioners on all aspects of occupational pensions
• Gérer de manière autonome toutes les affaires courantes (versement anticipé EPL, divorce, sortie, départ à la retraite, décès, etc.).
• Echanger dans le cadre des cas complexes et soutenir l'équipe en cas d'absence
• Développer et optimiser en continu les processus internes, notamment en lien avec la numérisation

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the LPP
• Plusieurs années d'expérience dans
• Excellent connaissances du français
• Bonne connaissance des outils MS-Office
• Pensée structurée et un réseau, travail personnel orienté solution, coopt
