The position as Spécialiste en recrutement (f/h) includes the holistic management of recruitment processes as well as the representation of the Banque at various events. The focus is on customer orientation, rigor and discretion.
Job description
We are looking for a Spécialiste en recrutement (f/h) to join our team of 5 people based at our Centre administratif bancaire in Prilly.Tasks
- Integrally manage the recruitment process of collaborators, passing through the definition of the profile, the research strategy, the selection interviews and the negotiation of the conditions of engagement,
- Proposer et utiliser différentes méthodes de sourcing afin d'assurer une veille active des métiers,
- Contribuer à des projets liés au recrutement,
- Represent the Bank, particularly at university forums and other events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally supplemented by training in the field of human resources,
- Expérience en gestion de processus de recrutement,
- Expérience dans l'utilisation de canaux de sourcing de candidats tels que LinkedIn,
- Capacité à gérer des forts volumes de recrutement,
- Connaissance des métiers bancaires,
- Rigueur, esprit collaboratif, orientation résultats, capacité à convaincre, sens du service et de l'organization,
- Excellente maîtrise du français.
