Junior Recruitment Specialist (m/f)

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist for a six-month temporary assignment. The successful candidate will assist with the recruitment of staff for the bank and support recruitment processes across various departments.

Tasks

  • Participate in the recruitment of employees for our bank, based on our needs and in compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and rules
  • Sourcing management using the various available sources
  • Handle administrative tasks and provide support to recruiters during certain key stages (references, background checks, etc.)
  • Support teams in monitoring interns
  • Update and ensure the quality of the HRIS data used for recruitment
  • Follow internal recommendations (referrals) and probationary periods
  • Handle incoming inquiries from the Recruitment Center (emails/phone calls)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally supplemented by training in human resources
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment within a company and/or a recruitment agency
  • Expert knowledge in using candidate search tools such as LinkedIn
  • Experience in the banking industry is highly preferred
  • Accuracy, team-oriented, results-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and organized
  • Excellent command of French
