Junior Recruitment Specialist (m/f)
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist for a six-month temporary assignment. The successful candidate will assist with the recruitment of staff for the bank and support recruitment processes across various departments.
Tasks
- Participate in the recruitment of employees for our bank, based on our needs and in compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and rules
- Sourcing management using the various available sources
- Handle administrative tasks and provide support to recruiters during certain key stages (references, background checks, etc.)
- Support teams in monitoring interns
- Update and ensure the quality of SIRIHR data related to recruitment
- Follow internal guidelines (coopetition) and probationary periods
- Handle incoming inquiries from the Recruitment Center (emails/phone calls)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally supplemented by training in human resources
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment at a company and/or a recruitment agency
- Expert knowledge in using candidate search tools, such as LinkedIn
- Experience in the banking industry is highly preferred
- Accurate, team-oriented, results-oriented, proactive, service-oriented, and organized
- Excellent command of French
