Tasks

  • identifier, in collaboration with customer advisors, opportunities for business transfers
  • Advising and supporting clients throughout French-speaking Switzerland in all aspects of business transfers (valuation, search for buyers, legal and financial arrangements, etc.)
  • Take responsibility for the transaction, from the initial consultation to the conclusion of the sale.

Requirements

  • Basic training in financial services, supplemented by a diploma from a Swiss higher education institution (ES) or university (bachelor's or master's degree) in finance, economics, or banking and finance, CAS in business management, or equivalent significant experience.
