SAP Business Specialist – R/3 to S/4HANA Migration

Tasks

As part of the evolution of our information system, we are launching an SAP upgrade program (from R/3 to S/4HANA). To support this transition, the Financial Accounting and Management Accounting departments are seeking a business specialist capable of bridging the gap between business needs and the technological solution. Key responsibilities:

• Supporting business units in the transition to the new version of SAP
• Take on a significant portion of the work to be performed by the business units as part of the upgrade of the SAP FI and CO modules, in coordination with the business teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the external integrator and internal IT teams for all activities related to the SAP FI and CO modules
• Challenger, based on input from the business units, the guidelines proposed by the integrator to ensure alignment with internal processes
• Once the migration is complete, support the business units in their projects, particularly those with a significant IT component

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Experience with a project to upgrade SAP R/3 FI and CO modules to S/4HANA within accounting and management control teams at medium- to large-sized companies
• Experience in implementing and using NewGL/NewAA and WBS, ideally RE/FX
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, a solutions-oriented approach, a commitment to service, and a team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in French, good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is a plus
