The missions that await you

• Assurer la gestion complète des dossiers accidents du portefeuille attribué
• Process claims filings and handle correspondence related to these cases
• Manage the processing and comprehensive follow-up of cases, including all operations necessary for the proper closure of cases
• Collaborate with our clients and the various internal support departments
• Soumettre certains cas au médecin-conseil
• Pay medical expenses, as well as daily allowances and benefits

Votre profil

• CFC in Business Administration, ideally supplemented by a Federal Certificate in Social Insurance or training deemed equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the field of accident insurance claims processing
• Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian and/or English would be an asset
• Committed, conscientious, organized, independent, efficient, and a strong communicator
• Good ability to handle a heavy workload and a strong interest in a variety of activities
