Tasks
- Être responsable du traitement autonome et intégral des cas de sinistres complexes, en particulier RC notaire, avocat, fiduciaire, médical, mais aussi RC avec lésions corporelles, dommages matériels et préjudices de fortune
- Ensure the quality of the introduction of the sinistres dossiers, up to the regulation and including the appeal
- Establishing contacts and negotiating with the parties concerned (clients, lawyers, attorneys, authorities and other insurers)
- Soutenir les autres services de prestations au level technique et juridique
Requirements
- Formation juridique, brevet d'avocat ou un atout
- Advanced professional experience in the legal field
- Langue maternelle française, avec idéalement de bonnes connaissances d'allemand ou d'italien
