Tasks
- Être responsable du traitement autonome et intégral des cas de sinistres complexes, en particulier RC notaire, avocat, fiduciaire, médical, mais aussi RC avec lésions corporelles, dommages matériels et préjudices de fortune
- Ensure the preparation of the dossiers in introduction, up to the regulations and including the appeal
- Establishing contacts and negotiating with the parties concerned (clients, lawyers, attorneys, authorities and other insurers)
- Soutenir les autres services de prestations au level technique et juridique
Requirements
- Formation juridique, brevet d'avocat à tout
- Advanced professional experience in the legal field
- Langue maternelle française, avec idéalement de bonnes connaissances d'allemand ou d'italien
