Vaudoise is seeking a bilingual specialist in complex LAA cases in Lausanne to handle personal injury claims independently and proactively. The position requires several years of professional experience in personal insurance as well as fluency in both German and French.

Vos missions
- Independent and proactive case management in the handling of complex claims in the field of accident insurance (LAA)
- Comprehensively manage the files in the assigned portfolio
- Processing and verifying invoices, drafting decisions, and tracking pensions
- Collaborate with the various teams in the division to efficiently handle German- and French-language cases.
Profile recherché
- Federal Insurance Certificate or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of practical experience in managing personal insurance benefits with good technical knowledge
- Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
- Perfect command of German and French, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently
