Specialist in complex LAA claims French/German (m/f/x)

Tasks

• Professional management of the files in the German portfolio
• Processing and verifying invoices, drafting decisions, and following up on disputes
• Collaboration with the various teams in the department to process your cases
• Position as a Training Manager in the Field of Accident Insurance (UVG)

Requirements

• Professional certification in insurance or a qualification recognized as equivalent
• Several years of practical experience in personal injury claims adjustment, with strong technical knowledge
• Very good knowledge of standard computer tools (Excel, Word, UVG Office)
• Fluent in German and French, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently, enjoyment of teamwork, resilience under pressure, and confidence in dealing with people
