Specialist in complex LAA claims French/German (m/f/x)

Vaudoise is looking for a French/German specialist in complex accident insurance claims (80%) in Lausanne, who will be responsible for the autonomous and proactive management of complex cases in the field of accident insurance. The ideal candidate will have a federal insurance certificate or equivalent qualification, several years of experience in the insurance industry, and a very good knowledge of German and French.

Comprehensively manage the files in the assigned portfolio
Regulation and control of invoices, drafting of decisions, monitoring of pensions
Collaborate with the various teams in the division to efficiently handle German- and French-language cases.

Requirements

What makes you unique:

Federal insurance certificate or equivalent qualification
Several years of practical experience in managing personal insurance benefits with good technical knowledge
Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
Perfect command of German and French, both spoken and written
