Vaudoise is looking for a Complex Case Specialist (80%) for its Personal Insurance Division in Lausanne to handle and manage complex cases in the field of accident insurance (LAA). The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, a Federal Insurance Certificate or equivalent qualification, and a good knowledge of German and French.

La Vaudoise is looking for a Complex Claims Specialist LAA French/German (m/f/x) - 80% in Lausanne, Switzerland. The position involves the autonomous and proactive management of claims in the field of accident insurance (LAA).Tasks
The following tasks await you:- Comprehensively manage the files in the assigned portfolio
- Regulation and control of invoices, drafting of decisions, monitoring of pensions
- Collaborate with the various teams in the division to efficiently handle German- and French-language cases.
Requirements
For this position, you will need:- Federal Insurance Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Several years of practical experience in managing personal insurance benefits with good technical knowledge
- Very good knowledge of standard office software (MS Office)
- Perfect command of written and spoken German and French
