Specialist in LAA and PGM Services (m/f/x) - 80-100% 80-100% Hybrid Lausanne, Switzerland

Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Coordinate our business specialists and super users in projects to improve our IT tools
• Ensure, together with business specialists, the documentation of computer applications and user training.
• Ensure the maintenance of Excel, Confluence, and various forms used by benefits managers.
• Manage the contribution of the benefits division in cross-functional company projects
• Organize the collection of business needs upstream of projects to prepare the requirements and business plans for our future service management tools and applications.
• Coordinate various business initiatives

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Proven experience in the field of LAA insurance and loss of earnings due to illness
• Experience in project management or team coordination is required.
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written), German level B2 minimum
• You have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• You have an analytical mind, are structured, and solution-oriented.
• You have good communication skills and an excellent sense of teamwork.
