- Coordinating specialists and super users in projects to improve IT tools
- Ensure that users are proficient in the documentation of computer applications and user training.
- Maintenance of Excel tools, Confluence, and various forms used by performance managers
- Contribution of the service departments to company-wide projects
- Organization of the collection of business requirements for the preparation of requirements and business plans for future performance management tools and applications
- Coordinating various business initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in the field of LAA and PGM services
- Experience in project management or team coordination
- Excellent French skills (written and spoken), German skills at B2 level
- Good knowledge of data analysis (Excel, Power BI)
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and a strong understanding of teamwork
