Job description

Risk Specialist 80-100% * Manage and develop the bank's internal control system (ICS); * Collaborate with departments to identify risks and formalize controls; * Monitor and analyze performance and risk indicators; * Contribute to the development and production of periodic reports, particularly regulatory reports; * Contribute to the implementation of regulatory requirements; * Participate in cross-functional and regulatory projects related to the bank's activities;

Profile recherché

* Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, risk management, or equivalent; * Initial experience in banking, risk management, internal/external control, or a similar role is an advantage; * Confidence in working with numbers and an aptitude for financial analysis; * Advanced writing skills and ability to conceptualize and structure complex information; * Analytical thinking, accuracy, independence, and synthetic thinking; * Communication skills and ability to interact with various interlocutors; * Motivation to acquire and develop knowledge;
