Operational Security Specialist
Banque de proximité (BCN) is seeking an Operational Security Specialist to be responsible for implementing security procedures and tools, managing access, and handling security incidents. The ideal candidate has experience in IT administration, a solid technical background, and strong communication skills.

Operational Security Specialist (80–100%)Vos missions principales
- Implement security methods and tools tailored to the bank's needs.
- Manage local and physical operational access (identity management).
- Provide support to users regarding access (information systems and buildings)
- Manage security incidents at the first and second levels of support.
- Develop, monitor, and update performance indicators and safety dashboards.
Votre profil
- CFC in a technical field (computer scientist, media specialist, or equivalent)
- At least 4 years of proven experience in IT systems administration
- Native French speaker with a minimum B2 level in English. German (B1–B2) is a plus
- Proven experience in project management
Your professional skills
- Proficiency in computer systems such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and JIRA
- Ability to independently manage projects for the department (project certification is a plus)
