HRIS Specialist - Successfactor
BCV is seeking a specialist in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) with experience in SAP and SuccessFactors administration to support the management of HR tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, resource management, or a related field, and experience in the technical administration of HR systems.
Tasks
- Ensure the administration of HR tools (SAP, SuccessFactors), manage settings and access rights, and guarantee data security while ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Manage routine maintenance, monitor technological developments in tools, and provide user support and incident resolution.
- Write functional specifications in response to business change requests and perform non-regression testing prior to updates.
- Coordinate and monitor the smooth running of cross-functional HR processes (compensation, performance reviews, appointments, etc.), identify and propose improvements to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth integration of tools into their daily operations.
- Actively participate in HR optimization and digitization projects, providing functional and technical expertise while supporting change.
- Contribute to the deployment of new features or innovative HR tools.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field,
- Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors tools (other database tools, such as Access, are an asset)
- Advanced experience in a similar technical role and environment,
- Experience in administration and maintenance of HR computer systems,
- Proficiency in project management methods (experience in HR project management appreciated),
- Analytical skills, rigor, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Good communication and user support skills,
- Team spirit, service orientation, and proactive approach to continuous improvement.
