What you do

* Analysis of risks, activities, contractual relationships, and the financial situation of our policyholders, and assessment of the legal and financial impact in terms of liability and surety insurance coverage * Independent underwriting of risks, in accordance with assigned responsibilities, ensuring profitable growth and control of exposure * Definition of maximum exposure limits, particularly with regard to surety risks * Drafting and validation of contractual clauses in accordance with applicable legislation and internal standards * Participation in the control of certain delegated underwriting activities (internal control system) * Monitoring regulations and anticipating legal developments impacting the sector * Contributing to the ongoing refinement of our solutions, our underwriting policy, and our wordings and guidelines * Contributing to success through your expertise, customer focus, and collaboration with our partners and customers

What you bring

* Proven experience in the field of corporate liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and/or surety bonds * Excellent analytical and risk management skills, as well as an aptitude for negotiation and finding tailor-made solutions * Mastery of corporate risk management principles and tools (internal control system) constituting an asset in terms of autonomy * Interpersonal skills, natural leadership, solution-oriented approach, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team * Rigorous and excellent writing skills in French; Good knowledge of a second national language, ideally German, is a major asset * Ability to work independently with various stakeholders within the scope of assigned underwriting responsibilities
