Tasks

- Analysis of the risks, activities, contractual relationships, and financial situation of our policyholders, and assessment of the legal and financial implications in the area of liability and surety insurance - Independent risk assessment, taking into account the assigned competencies, with the aim of achieving a profitable growth strategy and controlled exposure - Defining maximum exposure limits, particularly in the area of surety risks - Reducing and validating contractual clauses in accordance with applicable legislation and internal standards - Managing and controlling certain subordinate departments (internal control system) - Legal monitoring and anticipation of legal developments affecting the sector - Contribution to the continuous improvement of our solutions, our risk assessment policy, and our contractual terms and guidelines - Contribution to success through your expertise, customer focus, and collaboration with our partners and customers

Requirements

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Swiss law or equivalent education and experience with a legal or economic focus - Excellent analytical and risk management skills, as well as negotiation skills and the ability to find tailor-made solutions - Experience in the field of corporate liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and/or surety bonds - Knowledge of risk management principles and tools (internal control system) is an advantage - Good interpersonal skills, natural leadership qualities, solution-oriented approach - Careful and excellent written communication skills in French; good knowledge of a second national language, with Italian being a significant advantage; or German - Ability to integrate independently into the various departments within the scope of the assigned responsibilities
