Specialist in corporate liability insurance and surety bonds (m/f/x)

Tasks

- Analysis of the risks, activities, contractual relationships, and financial situation of our policyholders and assessment of the legal and financial implications in the area of liability and surety insurance - Independent risk assessment within the assigned competencies, taking into account profitable growth and controlled exposure - Defining maximum exposure limits, particularly in the area of surety risks - Reducing and validating contract clauses in accordance with applicable laws and internal standards - Participating in the control of certain delegated departmental activities (internal control system) - Fundamental market observation and prediction of legal developments affecting the sector - Contribution to the continuous improvement of our solutions, our risk assessment policy, and our contract terms and guidelines - Contribution to success through your expertise, customer focus, and collaboration with our partners and customers

Requirements

- Experience in the field of corporate liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and/or surety insurance - Excellent risk assessment and management skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and find tailor-made solutions - Knowledge of risk management principles and tools (internal control system) is an advantage - Good interpersonal skills, natural leadership qualities, solution-oriented approach, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team - Meticulousness and excellent written communication skills in French; Good knowledge of a second national language, Italian, is a major advantage, or, if not available, German - Ability to integrate independently with the various stakeholders in relation to the assigned risk assessment competencies
