Tasks

• Analysis and independent underwriting of risks requiring management approval, taking into account profitable growth and controlled risk
• Active portfolio management for the agencies and brokers assigned to you
• Participation in the improvement of solutions and processes as well as in the continuous updating of signing guidelines, policies and directives
• Contribute to the success of Vaudoise through your expertise, customer focus and availability to partners and customers

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in corporate liability insurance and/or surety, preferably as an underwriter, product manager or claims manager
• Federal diploma in insurance or equivalent legal or business training
• Excellent written skills in French and ideally good knowledge of German or Italian
• Ability to interact autonomously with various stakeholders in the field of business insurance
