Vaudoise Assurances offers innovative solutions in the field of business and professional liability insurance for SMEs, public corporations and professionals. Nous recherchons un/e Spécialiste en souscription, pour intégrer notre équipe souscription RC, en charge des assurances RC, Caution & Construction, avec un focus principal sur la branche RC entreprise et RC professionnelle.

Tasks

• Analysis and underwriting of autonomous risks subject to management approval, taking into account profitable growth while controlling risk
• Active portfolio management for the agencies and brokers assigned to you
• Participation in the improvement of solutions and processes and in the continuous updating of our signing policy, wording and guidelines
• Contribute to the success of La Vaudoise through your expertise, your customer focus and your availability to our partners and customers

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in corporate liability insurance and/or surety, preferably as an underwriter, product manager or claims manager
• Federal diploma in insurance or equivalent legal or business training
• Excellent written skills in French and ideally good knowledge of German or Italian
• Ability to integrate autonomously within your delegated signing authority with the various stakeholders in the field of business insurance
