Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• You will design videos from start to finish (storytelling, production, post-production) in collaboration with the Institutional Communication team and/or the project manager.
• You will independently manage the studio for video shoots, live webinars (multi-camera PTZ production, sound, lighting, graphic design, streaming, etc.) and voice-over recordings.
• You plan sessions with studio users, guide them in their preparation, and build their confidence in front of the camera to ensure high-quality results.
• In collaboration with our technical partners, you will organize maintenance work and the integration of new equipment in the studio.
• You will conduct photo shoots in the studio and on location (portraits and events) for the Group's various communication media (social networks, website, press releases, internal newsletter, etc.).

Requirements

Your profile:

• You have solid technical skills in filming, editing, and 2D animation/motion design.
• You are proficient in professional post-production tools (Adobe Creative Cloud suite).
• You are creative, independent, organized, and proactive.
• You remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially during live video productions.
• You enjoy working in a team and are flexible in terms of working hours, with occasional travel to events in Switzerland.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in video production and hold a degree in interactive media design or equivalent.
• You are a native French speaker and have a good command of spoken German.
