Your tasks

• Accurate and prompt execution
• OZL Processing (Inbound and Outbound)
• Request for a Quote and Shipping Estimate
• Refining & Production Division
• Monitor, analyze, and become
• Creating and Sending Monthly Reports
• Invoice Verification (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable)

Your team

As a Trade & Processing Specialist, you will process UBS’s physical precious metals as an internal legal partner for various internal stakeholders, such as trading, sales, client advisors, and others. Your expertise

• Certified Import/Export Specialist
• Efficient and precise processing
• Product Knowledge of Precious Metals
• Establish and maintain good working relationships to use resources effectively
• A strong sense of safety and responsibility
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German
