Migros Bank is looking for a Business Compliance Specialist to take responsibility for compliance activities and control processes. The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, is diligent and communicative and has good language skills in German, French and optionally Romansh.

Tasks
- You communicate verbally and in writing with our customers and internal departments
- You analyze transactions, identify money laundering or other risks (non-MLRO) and document them in a structured form (risks/MLRO and escalation cases) for our 2nd line compliance
Profile
- German (business fluent)
- French (very good knowledge)
- Rhaeto-Romanic (an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) Law, Economics
- 2 years compliance
- You work carefully, responsibly and efficiently
- You impress with a strong customer focus and communication that is appropriate to the target group and situation
- You know the regulatory principles in banking
- You are resilient and level-headed, even when things get hectic
- You are a team player and support your colleagues
