Specialist Business Compliance Gm
Migros Bank is looking for a Business Compliance Specialist to carry out compliance activities independently and support a new team. The position includes, among other things, the review of business activities with increased risks and the analysis of transactions for suspected money laundering.
Tasks
- Du bist verantwortlich für die periodische Überprüfung von Geschäftstätigkeiten mit erhöhten Risiken, unter anderem PEP-Beziehungen
- Du analysierst Transaktionen auf Geldwäscheverdacht und prüfst Kundendokumentationen in Bezug auf Einhaltung der Sorgfaltspflichten gemäss VSB und GwG
- You actively support the processing of internal documentation and its transfer to new systems
Profile
- Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) (flüssig von Vorteil)
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) Law, Economics
- 2 years compliance
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Schweizer Bankenlandschaft, namentlich in Bezug auf Formulare, sowie in der Bekämpfung von Geldwäsche mit
- You are familiar with writing PEP assessments
- Du gehst analytisch vor, dokumentierst deine Arbeit präzise sowie effizient und übernimmst Verantwortung für eine durchgängige Akzeptanz
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und unterstützt deine Kolleg*innen mit deiner positiven und motivierten Art
