Credit Recovery Specialist

The Credit Recovery Specialist is responsible for managing non-performing loans, minimizing the bank’s financial losses, and negotiating solutions in accordance with the established strategy (e.g., rehabilitation, restructuring, liquidation, or divestiture).Tasks
- Management, restructuring, and recovery of high-risk loans - Safeguarding the bank’s financial and contractual interests - Negotiating recovery, restructuring, liquidation, or exit scenarios with all parties involved - Periodic assessment of general and specific loan loss provisions at the portfolio level - Preparation of appropriate reports based on specific key performance indicators and presentation of these in regular reports to Credit Risk Management and the Credit Committee - Contribution to the continuous improvement of monitoring and risk management processes in the credit divisionRequirements
- Basic training in banking, supplemented by advanced education in banking or finance, with several years of professional experience in credit recovery - In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, financial analysis, and debt collection - Structured and cross-functional thinking, as well as a high degree of intellectual precision - Solution- and results-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Fluency in German and a good command of French (or vice versa)We offer you
