Digital Banking & Multibanking Specialist (m/f)
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Digital Banking & Multibanking Specialist to support the further development of digital solutions for corporate clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to digital banking and open banking technologies. The role involves providing expert support, technical guidance, and training, as well as actively monitoring market and technology trends in the areas of digital banking and payment services.
Your Mission
You are the primary point of contact for all matters related to digital banking, multibanking, and open banking technologies. You combine technical expertise, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way to provide optimal support to our in-house and external consultants.Your tasks
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:- Expert support for corporate clients and internal consultants in using BCF Multibanking and other digital banking solutions.
- Technical support in the area of open banking, including the integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of EBICS connections.
- Addressing issues related to payment transactions (SEPA, SWIFT) and developing appropriate solutions.
- Regular customer visits for support, implementations, training, and personalized assistance.
- Design and delivery of training courses on digital banking and multibanking solutions.
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical incidents, as well as documentation and continuous improvement of best practices.
- Active monitoring of market and technology trends in the areas of digital banking, open banking, security, and payment transactions.
- Close collaboration with IT, application managers, customer service, compliance, and external partners to optimize solutions and processes.
Your profile
- Higher education (computer science, finance, business IT, or a related field).
- Substantial experience in digital banking, multibanking, or technical B2B support.
- Excellent knowledge of EBICS, SEPA/SWIFT, and ideally open banking concepts.
- Strong customer focus, the ability to explain technical topics clearly, and the confidence to handle complex situations.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent knowledge of French and German (spoken and written). English is a plus.
- A strong interest in innovation, digital solutions, and continuous improvement.
