The role

Do you enjoy approaching people and appreciate interacting with customers? Do you have a passion for financing and in particular for investment properties? We are looking for a new colleague to support us with the following tasks:

• Advising clients in a specialist role on the subject of investment properties
• Supporting our CA in the Personal Banking and Wealth Management segments in Central Switzerland in real estate matters
• Real estate valuations
• Structuring of financing and preparation of loan applications

• Several years of front-line experience in the real estate sector

• You know the appropriate framework conditions to process real estate transactions efficiently and effectively
