The position of Real Estate Specialist in Zug includes advising clients on investments, assisting with real estate matters as well as real estate valuations and structuring financing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the financing business, communication skills and front-line experience in the real estate or financing business.

The role
Do you enjoy approaching people and appreciate interacting with customers? Do you have a passion for financing and in particular for yield investments? We are looking for a new colleague to support us with the following tasks:
- Advising clients in a specialist role on the subject of investments
- Supporting our CA in the Personal Banking and Wealth Management segments in Central Switzerland in real estate matters
- Real estate valuations
- Structuring of financing and preparation of loan applications

- Several years of front-line experience in the real estate or financing business
